This week I increased my calories from 1300 to 1400 per day. I ate around 1400 for 5 days this week, 1600 for 1 day, and 1900 for 1 day. I only have 1 more pound to lose, and then I'm going to increase my daily calories to around 1700 per day. So hopefully I'll reach my goal weight by next weigh in day (Friday).
121.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
