Need to start updating this more often, get back into things

Gym going well, strength still there. Food is getting back on track, Mental health is still a big struggle.

Living for my Sunday refeeds, Load up on carbs, spend them during the week
325.8 lb Lost so far: 126.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
