I'm writing this today rather than on Tuesday as I normally do because I am on my way to eat bottomless pancakes and that is sure to undo all my work this week haha. I've lost 2.4lbs so I'm now down into the 13st bracket! I weighed in today at 88.8kg/ 13st 13.8lbs/ 195.8lbs This week has been slow and I've lost a lot less than i usually do and was hoping for. My calorie intake has been higher and mostly still good except I did go to a barbecue and had a biscuit the same day. Me and my partner took our own food but we ended up eating what the host made and it was delicious, worth it. We are also off on holiday on Wednesday and I'm just going to enjoy myself so I'm expecting to put some weight back on so I was hoping to get down to about 195lbs so I have about 5lbs wiggle room but I'll take what I've got.
