Wow I thought I would have put on weight. I had been eating more fast food for a while and it made me feel like crap, and I was avoiding the scales cause I felt bloated and heavy. I guess I was being a little bit harsh on myself 😅
144.8 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
