The roller coaster effect continues, up on the weekend while visiting others, especially with carbs like Cake and desserts or chicken... looking at live food regiments that may include sprouting and more juicing during the week. Not sure how to overcome the weekend lack of discipline outside of avoiding settings that present the poor eating choices.

have you tried eating and being full before hanging out, if you full on something healthy it may be easier to say no to over eating and all the bad stuff later

Do you walk or do any form of exercising? If so allow yourself to cheat sometimes, so that you will stick to your routine. Be consistant during the week and allow yourself one day to go off shedule..the next day, it is back to your routine without feeling guilty. PS. You would be amazed how your body will respond to just walking about 1/2 hour everyday.

Study your avoid lists and eliminate those foods. Then enjoy everything else. You'll feel so much better.
When you feel better, you will have more energy to be active.
I love cake , candy, potato chips etc., but simply eliminating that sugar and fat from your diet will make a big difference. I'm down to 191 from 207.
