Had stopped tracking on WW.....2/6/15 started tracking with PointsPlus vs Simply Filling...need to break-through plateau!!!
150.2 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week


Comments 
Drink extra water. Up your protein and fiber. Kick up your exercise intensity to help burn more fat. Switch up exercise. Changing things up can help. Good luck!
