This weekend I took off from watching what I ate and went ahead and ate bread. All sorts of bread! I know I will be paying for this but it was really good. Oh well, I can't change it now and I am starting over. I don't mind the fact that I ate whatever just that I ate gluteen.

Weekend regret hits us all sometimes, it will be ok. Have you ever looked into gluten-free bread? I found this link on how to make your own. You have to buy several different kinds of flour and mix them to get a good flour that will produce a nice texture.

About.com has some tips on making gluten free recipes. http://glutenfreecooking.about.com/od/glutenfreebreads/ht/tipsformakingbetterglutenfreebread.htm
You can find ready made bread at places like Trader Joes and Whole Foods.
Just a thought, but maybe you have already tried these and don't like them. As a fellow bread lover, I would keep trying to find a way to enjoy bread even if I couldn't have gluten. Good luck and have a good day! :)

Lol, true! I love bread and homemeade is the best. Funny I can make really good homemade bread until I am pregnant and then for some reason it always falls! Only when I am pregnant, lol!!
