Having some trouble with the actual workouts the last few days and my eating habits (while not terrible ) are not great so some is probably water some is probably the job hunt/homework/not feeling well. I just need to make the time and go instead of just walking or saying i'll go later and walking...
233.4 lb Lost so far: 103.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
