Thank you Lord! After stalling out for nearly five days, the scales are once again headed in a downward direction. I knew if i just stayed the course it would. I dropped another four pounds and I hit the twenty pound mark to finish out the induction phase, although there is still one more day left! I feel re-energized. Thanks to all of you who have been leaving words of encouragement. This site is fantastic!
