What! Yay! I’m startled because I was sick this past week and didn’t think I would do well.

1st goal: -10.2 more to go
210.2 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you probably lost a lot more because of the sickness. I usually don't feel like eating when I'm sick anyway. Happy for you though!
