I started trying to lose weight on 18/04/2023 and I was 222.2lbs/ 15st 12.2lbs/ 100.7kg. I had finally had enough when I went into a big and tall shop and the xl didn't fit me. I have asthma that seems to be getting worse and I feel it is because of the excess weight I am carrying, I have felt more unfit each day, I always feel uncomfortable and irritable in and out of clothes, i didn't like that i was starting to get far folds on my back but just tried to avoid it. I also have a friend's wedding in October and it is in Greece so I decided it was time to do something about it. I weighed myself this morning (22/04/2023) and I was 218lbs, 15st 8lbs/ 98.8kg so it's a good start. I know you shouldn't weigh myself everyday but I just wanted to get an idea of whether I was getting it right or not. My aim is to get down to 200lbs and then see how I feel. I've not been 14st 4lbs for a long time and a few months ago I was 16st 4lbs so I'm really excited to hit my goal.
