I'm still unwell, so not doing any exercise at the moment. I'm watching my diet vigilantly which sounds extreme, but it's becoming second nature, and more habit than anything else.
The weight is up and down, but progressing in the right direction. I've made up my honey lemon and ginger drink to sip on. Hopefully back to Zumba in two days time, I'm missing it...
