Holding steady again. Hope to see the scale move the next couple days. Planning a "feast" day for Friday...and then alternate back to a fasting 24 hr, then to what one might call intermittent fasting for a day, then maybe a normal 3 meals - but healthy clean eating. I love my veggies, and I am very simple in my cooking, so this should be easy. Amazing how much money one saves on quantity of food and no snack foods. I can afford to buy the best and organic veggies with what I save.
