Struggling to get into a routine now I am working away from home, 10+hr shifts are a killer for my WOE. I take in a healthy lunch, but have the snack attacks when I get home and over indulge. It's pure discipline that's needed, hopefully will get back to the mindset this week. I am also working an extra day whilst another new staff member is trained, so tired eating is another issue. The positives are that I am moving more working in a shop, the newspapers give me a good workout morning and evening, esp. the weekend ones, they weigh a tonne!
