prayers, please. I seem to be sabotaging myself again 😕 trying to get back on track, but keep waking up in the middle of the night and eat whatever is convenient ( which is junk food) trying to keep dates, figs, broccoli and rice cakes avaliable to eat instead.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
