So finally, one month down. This is going to be more difficult than I thought. Weekends are the hardest for me…. I got up Saturday morning to 199.8 and I said….you should celebrate. I think I ate everything in sight. For 2 days!!! Complete failure on my part. I think consistency will be my goal for month 2.

It happens to me as well. I tend to want to eat more snacks on the weekends. Something about being home and possibly being bored.
Forcing myself to log everything helps.

Yeah weekends have been keeping me from progressing. I feel like if I don't have my two days of fun then I feel depressed, but really it's boredom

Yes! Boredom.. it rained here all weekend. Again. There is only so much house cleaning a person such do in a weekend . 🤦♀️. I decided to watch movies instead and apparently I’m a snacker. Salty and crunchy.. way too many snacks. Had carrots and apples made a spinach dip that was too tasty. Lol. Oh well.
