I'm greatful to see numbers go down. I started recording my day again and fell of that train, but I kept watching what I was doing. I still need to pick up on more water though. I have been trying to stay away from pasta and these last 4 days all its been some sort of pasta...it's crazy hard when others in the family cook. When I cook; I make the main meat and vegetables then when I do the 4 plates I measure everyones food according to their health. 1 might need more meat, another more veggies, and 2 might have the rice and pasta. it might seem hard at times, but not any of us have the same metabolism or health issue.
