need to keep losing.
desperate.
don't eat bc you're bored.
if you're nauseated, take medicine.
if you're faint, try something small
if you crave sugar, you crave fruit
if you want your body to feel good, workout.
You want to be skinny? Be skinny.
You want to wear that? Wear that.
You want to feel good? Feel good.
You want uncomplicated? Uncomplicate it.
You want Minimal? Purge.

This week I learned to average when in weightloss.
Last week I weighed in twice.
158.6 + 155 = 313.6 ÷ 2 =
156.8 as my weight for the week.
.
This week: 157.2 + 155.6 = 312.8 ÷ 2 =
156.4 average so far.
I need to workout more.
I need to burn more calories.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
