Was not feeling well and did not feel like eating much in the last few days. Hoping I will not inflate once my appetite comes back.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even if you do, don't beat yourself up too much. Your body is healing from the illness. Keep drinking your water/fluids as you come out of this. This is just a tiny blip on your road to recovery!
