Not eating is making me tired, but it'd be worse if I was obese again. Weighed in at nighttime, hopefully I can lose a little more by tomorrow. I'll drink more water and some tea and ride a stationary bike tonight. might bake cookies later but I'll try to be good 2 more pounds until I'm back in the healthy range. I'm not considered anorexic until I'm 103.8 lbs, BMI 17.9, at my height of 5'3.78". Right now my BMI is 25.2 at 145.8 lbs. Overweight range.
