Went for my first run yesterday, and SH*T it was difficult.. My legs feel tired still but I guess as the saying goes; "no pain, no gain" so I'll just keep that in mind and go for another run 2morrow.. I'm glad I have my boyfriend alongside on the bike to keep me going =D
151.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Thats good to hear. Me and my girlfriend go walking a lot. I know its a lot easier with her there by my side. It is tough but after awhile youll be thinking like wow I use to ache and get hurt way before this point in the run.
