I got serious with this yesterday. Stayed under 500 calories. Have up my HCG injections from 15 to 20 21 for the next few days I want to get this f****** number under 130. No more mixing vegetables no more little extra meat I'm getting and staying on plan so I can get this way off. I will do another Apple day if this doesn't move quick enough. I think this is the worst plateau I've had. I know I have never pigged out like I did on Saturday and Sunday. I'm just grateful that I was able to lose the weight the next day and have been losing ever since.
