Moving stuff up and down the road this weekend. Probably a little dehydrated. Been staying busy so not eating as much.

Overall result - new low - I don’t think i have been this low in a quarter of a century. I am glad a kept those clothes in the closet all these years. Now that i can wear them again, they are fashionable again. I guess that is what you would call a win-win.

The fight continues.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
