Old scale 181.1. Really put the pounds on yesterday. Knew that I was starting the cabbage soup today and pigged out on sweets and carbs. Pissed off with myself.
182.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
