Had a mega cheat day yesterday that started as a non cheat day and blow out of proportion. My lesson here is a cheat day needs to be planned. I kept going back to my vices, icecream, gummies, started controlled at first, however lack of planning reared its ugly head. Anyway feeling great right now though, ketones at 0.2mmol which is low however better than 0 after my 340g carb + day yesterday. Happy that I have taken time to reflect so hopefully I am learning, I have a few tricks for next time I am craving, from green tea, to just leaving the house, to eating rasberries and strawberries. Lets see how this week goes.
