No ketosis after one or two drinks yesterday. I don’t get it, only food was two slices of carbquik pizza. Trace this morning so am cheating with sausage egg McMuffin and hash browns
184.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
