I must stick to having one of the two main meals as only green salad with perhaps a boiled egg or a little pastrami and apple or grapes for dessert!
This seem to be the key to good weight loss!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
