Missed Dinner and Snack and 1/2 cup veg at lunch.. Worked late then groc shopping after 9... gave into the bulk bins... licorice babies, allsorts, 2 lindt chocolate balls and some choc covered cherries... instead of dinner and IP snack.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
