Well good day my FS friends.
I have done it, made my weight goal for 20 October, any extra is a plus !!
113 lbs of body mass gone, in less than a year, and no craziness at the gym to boot.
Celebrated with a nice 13.5 mile bike ride.
Will figure out how much more I want to lose after seeing my doctor. 20 October celebratory omelette here I come !!!!
