I have been stuck for most of the summer, so last week took a complete break white we holidayed in West Wales. Now I am ready for a fresh effort for the next few months.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
