Okay. I am going to try to get back on track and stay there! I can't believe that I have let myself get this big! The hardest part to overcome for me is the binge eating. I am rededicating myself to weight loss and healthy living starting now. Wish me luck!

I struggle with binge eating too. I think the best thing that works for me in sticking to a schedule. I don't know about you, but I tend to do it alone. My husband usually isn't around and I do it when I am feeling a little down, bored, and lack motivation to maintain my schedule. Focus on the eating healthy part, that helps too.
