I plan them a few days ahead also. It helps me with my shopping because I go in with a list. It also helps me to keep my calories reasonable even if I make a last minute change.

I always enter before eating. alot of times I start working on inputing what I will eat the next day while laying in bed at night.

For breakfast and lunch, definitely. As I'm putting things together in the morning (I pack my lunch), I'm cognizant of macros, calories, and fiber. I assess what I need at dinner when I get home. I also use Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen app to guide my food choices

I do watch my calories, but my main focus is on my protein. I’ve been dragging a lot lately and after noticing my protein intake, I was aware it needed a boost!!!
