Well I think I am doing quite well, very motivated to lose this weight, I've gone from eating bags and bags of lollies a day, to only snacking on fruit, the fruit gives me that sugar boost I crave. I eat a weight watchers meal at lunch time at work, and make myself drink 2 pump bottles of water a day. Wonder how long I'll stay motivated until I tire. Hopefully through this website I will manage to reach goal, with the support of like-minded friends.
