I finally weighed after a long break of not making the best choices. I haven’t gained anything, yay! But, I haven’t lost either. It is what it is. Getting back to what I know works today and we’ll see how it goes! I am noticing how tired I’ve been lately so I think on here, instead focusing on calories my focus should be on protein. I know I don’t get enough regularly.
202.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
