I am happy that this hasn’t changed much since I’ve been on holiday for the last two weeks all inclusive. But I have noticed I can fit it jeans that I couldn’t before I went away which confuses me a little.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
