Going down again every day since Monday! Whoop-Whoop!
214.5 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1148 kcal Fat: 67.57g | Prot: 80.96g | Carb: 56.64g.   Breakfast: Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Simonsberg Feta with Herbs, Cherry Tomatoes. Lunch: Mayonnaise, Glenryck Pilchards in Tomato Sauce, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Gem Squash, Woolworths Baby Marrows, Cauliflower, Carrots, Lamb Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten). Snacks/Other: Rooibos, Coffee with Milk, Tap Water. more...
