Good morning to the 50’s. It has been a long journey, so close to the finish line.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 105.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Here is a question to the group…. What happens “if” you change your weight goal? Does it continue to calculate your loss and keep your history, or is it all changed?

it will keep your history and continue on. The only thing that will change is the color of your bar will change to show how close you are to the next goal

I am a large framed person, bmi says most I should weigh is 200 lbs. there is no way I can be that small. I keep seeing people say they “feel” so much better to have lost the weight, I’m still waiting for that feeling.

Pawpo: you are really making huge strides! The difference might only be noticeable in the way your clothes fit (or no longer fit); maybe people who haven't seen you in a while will say something? Then again, maybe they won't.... sometime people are not comfortable talking about something so personal. If you are not feeling significantly "different" it doesn't matter - you ARE significantly different!!!! Your health has improved, your numbers will most likely be better at the docs office. Stay the course! BE PROUD of yourself! Congratulations!! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

Thank you all. Clothes are definitely an issue, 2x months ago I had to get new pants, I literally walked out of them. I don’t know how many holes I have punched in my belts to keep these britches up. The jeans I just purchased “guess what”? I can remove them without unbuttoning them now. In 4 more pounds is my next goal. I will have lost 30% of my body mass. 20 October (drs apt) needs to hurry and get here, I would really like to have an omelette. Love me some eggs, and done without for almost a year, on this day I will ease them back into my diet.
