Not at all happy, I'm afraid. I always keep an eye on my diet, but I have found my weight fluctuates from 12.4lb to 12.8lb during the month. I was still hoping to lose at least a stone by the end of August 2009.
I think I'll have to enquire about pricing for a gym club and visit 4-5 times per week.
It s extremely hard. I cycle 2-3 times a week. It clearly isn't enough and it is not steady.
