I have not eaten any sugar food for two weeks now, and yes it's hard but I love being sugar free because I feel better, though the occasional sugar will be thoroughly missed.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 2.7 lb a week
