Just one pound at a time, but I’ll take it !!!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 95.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bike, 12.5 miles. Went for strength over speed, up hills gave it everything I had. Got a warning this morning when I put in my 1x pound, that I am losing to many pounds per week. Must meet my goal, it’s an absolute requirement for me !!!! I accepted challenge from my Dr., I will make challenge (it will be close anyway , please no plateau’s) !
