I need to keep on track, trying to eat less during the day, watching the calorie intake, so at night I can have a reasonable meal....
218.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Marisa, I think it s harder for you to diet because you have a husband to cook for. Unless you can get him to diet too! Don't worry so much about it. Just treat each day as a whole new diet. If one day get out of hand it is easier that way. I love you, keep up the good work!
