2° dia de foco total. Fiz 2 refeições: almoço (salada crua e 1 ovo cozido) e jantar (salada crua e bife ancho). Finalizei agora com prática de yoga.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
