So far, so good! I have definitely changed my mindset. Instead of feeling hungry and deprived, I feel satiated and in control for probably the first time ever in my adult life! Positive thoughts are really helping. I can do this. I AM DOING IT!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
