My scales keep flirting with 79.9 and 80.2 😂
I’m so close to being back in the 70’s again (not been there since last year). I’m hoping that come Sunday, I’ll be seeing 79.9 or less 😊
176.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

...I know that 80 bit is the struggle for me too....patience is key with dieting....keeping healthy and an open mind is key....life wouldn't be life without its challenges...you'll get there...take care...😁

It’s a pain because I know if I lowered my calories then it would come off, but I don’t want to be starving all day 😂 I can’t exercise yet due to ongoing health issues but at least the weight is going down 😊
