I woke up early this morning excited to weigh in! LOL. I worked hard this week and proud of myself. I got my daily exercise in, and planned my foods and ate without needing to feeling like I'm restricting anything and eating what I consider incredibly healthy, high nutrient plant foods. I truly feel more energetic and roaring to GO! I can't wait to be in the 150s. Now that I logged a loss, there's no way I'm going to mess up this weekend! Oh Happy Days, they're back.
