Not a loss but not a gain... still feeling really bloated and dehydrated today though... hoping that I flush my system out today. Happy Tuesday, even though its raining
150.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
