The little red arrow says that I gained this week. I'm not so sure. I weighed myself twice this morning. The second time was 202.4. HOWEVER, I always record the highest weight, so... here we are with a small gain this week. After the torture of a 7 lb loss from a cleanse diet, I'll take any slight gain. Next week's numbers will be better.
