Hi guys, I haven't weighed in since November. I was doing really well in terms of working out. I was going to the gym and lifting 4-5 days a week, but I was still eating pretty crappy. I was happy with the gains I was seeing in my muscle tone so I kind of ignored the fat loss or lack there of. My roomate who was my work out partner started changing his workout schedule and it didn't line up with my work schedule so I haven't been to the gym in about a month or so. I'm getting back to it today. Back to my 2,000 cal a day diet. And I'm getting on my cardio big time. so feel free to chat with me, give me tips or ask for encouragement, I'm sure i'll need some at some point! LETS GET IT!
316.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
