January 2019 I was 12lb heavier than I am now. progress I suppose although pretty poor. The weight loss tracker tells the tale. I never actually keep it off for more than a month or so. I'm trying a different approach. Cut down on sugar and avoid alcohol. No dramatic weight loss but I do feel better, my joints are less swollen.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
