So I have been completely off track. Pants getting tight, mood plus terrible, my bak and neck are aching since I stopped exercising, it's really taking its toll on me. Ran tonite...I keep saying I need to get back on track, but the toll it's taking on my body is giving me no choice but to start exercising again.
